Lack of communication at Cowboy stadium
I gave up after walking and searching for about 20 minutes and went back upstairs to find my seat. The Fan Club booth was what I tried to find in order to sign up. The event staff (stadium staff, not PBR staff) had no clue about what I was talking about. The sound was lacking during the Gary Allen concert, which I didn't enjoy since I'm not a rock fan. Of course, PBR staff were hard to find as there were many fans present. The volume was so high during Justin McBrides' concert that it seemed to distort the sound. I think the PBR crowd is more country than rock, or whatever. I'm not much of a techie as a retired rancher, and I would like to see the website a little more user-friendly. We are loyal fans every weekend on TV in addition to the live events we attend, and we enjoyed the finals last year in Vegas, as well as the events in OKC and Tulsa. Someone told me to go to entrance A, so I left entrance E and walked there, but still couldn't find anyone to communicate my need to. I apologize for whining, Bob K.
